Gluten free sugar cookie dough is made in
a commercial kitchen that is NOT completely gluten free and
will be baked in an oven that has also baked cookies
that are not gluten free.
New for ordering this year, table times and 10lb dough purchase are combined to add to your cart.
If you would like additional dough you may choose from the add ons in the shopping cart.
For Gluten Free Dough you need to Choose the Gluten Free add-on cost to your cart when you order a time slot.
You can order dough and frosting for pick-up only.
It will be ready for you to pick up on Satruday or Sunday of Cookie Bake Weekend during our operating hours.
5lb dough options are also available for purchase.
You do not have to purchase a table time to order cookie dough. Click dough addition instead of time slot and choose your dough as well as when you would like to pick it up.
With the purchase of a reserved table time slot you receive:
• 10lbs of Sugar Cookie Dough
• A 2-hr block of time reserved at an 8’x2.5’ table set up for prepping, cutting, and frosting cookies (room for 4-5 people)
• 2 large commercial-size cookie sheets at a time
• Flour for your cutting surface
• Fast Baking in our commercial ovens
Frosting:
• White frosting is $6 per 4 cups of frosting. (or bring your own)
• Frosting comes in plastic to-go containers for you to frost at home or in the dining room.
Cake boxes and pizza boxes:
available for $2-3 each if you do not bring your own travel home container.

Skip the mess at home—The Cookie Bake is your chance to finish all your Christmas baking in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Gather your friends and family, roll out dough, frost cookies with butter frosting and delicious toppings, and head home with trays of beautiful treats made with love.

Pre-payment of dough is required to hold your reservation.
All dough and frosting are homemade in our commercial kitchen, with real butter and pure vanilla.
Cookies bake quickly in our commercial convection ovens—much faster than at home.

How It Works:
• Reserve Your Dough & Time Slot: All cookie dough must be pre-purchased online with a debit or credit card. Simply click the button above or below to choose your dough and time slot to reserve your table time.
• Save Your Spot: When you purchase dough, you’ll also reserve a 2-hour baking block so a table is ready for you when you arrive.
• Join Us at Canby Grove Dining Hall: (watch for signs!) on December 12, 13, or 14 at your reserved time.
• Bring Your Helpers: Invite family or friends to help roll and cut cookies! Tables fit up to 6 helpers, although 4 allows for more elbow room. Six foot tables will be given to parites of 2 or less.
• Roll, Cut, Bake, Repeat: Roll out and cut your cookies, put your name on the parchment paper then pass the trays to a staff member to bake. Keep rolling and cutting while your cookies are in the oven.
• Cool & Frost: Once baked, your cookies will be brought to you on a cooling rack—ready to frost and decorate!
• Frosting Time: After your 2-hour baking session, you’re welcome to stay an additional hour to finish frosting. (Friday 4-6 cannot stay the additional hour due to Ladie Night. All 4-6 participants must end their session by 6:15pm)
• Reserve Early: Space is limited and tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If tables are sold out dough is still available for purchase. We do take a waiting list if you call 503.266.5176. Sometimes we receive cancellations or we are able to open more time slots.
Some people like to mix special flavors or ingredients into their prepared sugar cookie dough before cooking. This can be done to the whole bag of dough or split the dough and mix several flavors into the sugar cookie dough for a great variety.
