We customize our meeting room facilities for you
Riverfront Lodge houses the beautiful Columbia room, where floor-to- ceiling windows allow for a view of the Molalla River. With a capacity of 160 guests, it offers great flexibility. Several breakout rooms on the second floor allow for smaller gatherings of up to 35 guests, or can be combined to accommodate 100 guests for additional flexibility in general sessions.

For our housing accommodations that do not have meeting rooms within, we have many choices to fit any size group. Deluxe Cabin, Heritage Cabin, and Bunkhouse Dorm guests have any number of meeting rooms to choose from. All of our meeting rooms are set to your specifications with audio/ visual requests. Coffee and Tea service may be ordered for any meeting room.
Mt. Hood Pavilion boasts enough room for up to 450 guests and boasts a state of the art sound and stage lighting system, fireplace and baby grand piano.

The Fireside Room/Plaza Lounge in Plaza Lodge is a meeting space for up to 60 guests. The fireplace and the proximity to the Dining Hall make this a heart-warming option. A great new addition to this room is 8 brand new couches, lamps, area rugs, coffee tables, a complete winter cabin setup that will really help you sit back, relax, and enjoy some fellowship.

Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Bachelor are perfect for those groups of up to 50 each, and include pianos. Several smaller rooms are nestled among the trees near the cabin areas for smaller, more intimate gatherings up to 18 guests.

The grand old Tabernacle, part of our 77+ years of heritage is also available for recreation or summer time gatherings of up to 1000 guests.

Our meeting rooms are custom-configured to meet your needs. General session rooms and breakout rooms are available both in the lodges and in separate buildings. We manage the details of setup requirements of your meeting, including equipment such as:
