We hope our registration policies make registration day go even smoother for you!
Highlights:
- $100 deposit per child per camp
- Camper medical and other forms need to be on file with the camp office by June 2nd
- Full-payment is due by June 2nd in order to hold registration
- If registering after June 2nd, forms are required with registration as well as full payment.
- All Adventure Camps have an additional $10 travel surcharge
- Registration day will mainly consist of checking in your camper and saying hello to the friendly staff!

Upon Receipt of Registration:
If you register through mail, phone or fax we will email you within one week with the welcome packet information upon receipt of your registration and payment (or, we will contact you if there is a waiting list). If you register online, you should receive an email immediately with all the welcome packet information. The packet will contain information on what to bring, a medical form & waiver form (which must be returned by June 2nd) and travel information.
Don’t worry... We will work hard to make your first day at camp go smoothly and hassle free! If you have any questions at any time, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us.
Rescheduling Your Camp Date: There is an $10 administration fee for switching camp dates.
Scholarships Available: Limited scholarships are available for select camps– Please contact us for an application.
Cancellation Policy: $100 Deposit PER CHILD, per camp, Non-refundable or transferable prior to June 2nd. No refunds of
full registration payment after June 2nd.

General Information
Age policy/Grade policy:
All of our camps go by the grade the camper is entering in the Fall of 2010. Day Camp: 1st-5th grades, Juniors Camp: 4th-6th grades, Adventure Camp Quest: 7th-9th grades, Adventure Camp Summits: 9th-12th grades.
Same Group Requests: For same group requests, please send registrations in together, or as close to the same time as possible, in order to accommodate your grouping request. We will seek to honor same group requests as follows: campers must be eligible to be in the same camp, ages typically are not more than 12 months apart, and the request must be made by both people. Note that this is optional and that many campers do not make requests. For our Day Campers 1st - 3rd grade groups are mixed gender, and 4th-5th grade are same gender groups. Please call Canby Grove if you have any questions.
Food Service: Food - always one of the most important parts of camp, we provide quality food and plenty of it! During Day Camp a variety of camper friendly snacks are supplied daily. Day Campers are asked to bring a lunch with them from home. Campers rave about our wonderful meals during our overnight camps. You may indicate any food allergies on the medical form provided.
If your camper has very specific dietary requirements, please prepare to provide you own special meals and snacks. Please contact Canby Grove for information about special dietary needs.
Camp Activities: There is something for both experts and beginners. Our qualified staff will encourage and ensure camper’s safety. There are many options to choose from, and all equipment and safety gear is provided.
On-line group pictures will be able to be viewed and purchased on our website.
Day Camp Info
New Day Camp Location!!
Day Camp is moving to its very own area at Canby Grove. We will still be on Canby Grove owned property, but have developed a brand new ‘Day Camp Area’ just for our day campers. Day campers will now have their very own playing field, above ground swimming pool, bathroom/shower area, and special trails. When dropping off and picking up your campers, you will no longer use the main entrance of Canby Grove, but our special Day Camp entrance. To find the new entrance go north on Barlow Road, take a right on Fawver Road, and the entrance will be marked with signs on the right. We are excited to be able to create a space designed specifically for our day campers. Summer 2010 is just phase one; watch for more special features to be added this area for the next few years!
Drop Off Program For Day Camp begins at 8:15 and ends at 8:45 a.m.
Pick up Program runs from 4:15 until 5:00 p.m.
Day Camp Closing Program • On Friday beginning at 4:15, BBQ to follow
BBQ- Includes All Campers (BBQ tickets will be sold during the week for parents and guests)
Juniors Camp Info
Arrival time is between 3:00-3:45 p.m.
Pick-Up: 12:30 p.m. - BBQ lunch for the whole family. Camper tickets are included in the price of camp, but tickets for parents and family can be purchased during the week.
Closing Program for the whole Family • 1:00 p.m.
Pick-up following closing program.
Adventure Camp Info
Adventure Camp Quest (ACQ)
Arrival time is between 3:00 - 3:45 p.m.
BBQ Lunch for the whole Family 12:30 p.m. on the last day of camp. Includes all Campers, BBQ tickets will be sold during the week for parents and guests

Adventure Camp Summit (ACS) - Ultimate Rock & Raft
Arrival time is at 7:30am on Monday.
Pick-Up time is at 10:00am on Saturday. (No closing program)
Adventure Camp Summit (ACS) - "The Journey" Rock, Hike, Bike and Raft
Arrival time is at 7:30am on Monday.
Pick-Up time is at 10:00am on Saturday. (No closing program)
