Discounts
•Discounts for returning families are available, please call our Registrar for more information.
•Pay in full by March 12th and receive an automatic $50 discount.
• Large Family Discount - a special 5% discount on registration fees is available to immediate families that are directly paying for 6 or more people.
A special 10% discount on registration fees is available to extended families that are directly paying for 10 or more people. (Must be staying in Canby Grove accommodations to be eligible for this special offer – this special offer may not be combined with the referral special offer.)
• If you invite another family who has not attended in the past 5 years, and they put your name as a referral on the registration form and come to camp, your family will receive $50 off the cost of your registration fees.

• Day Guests Enjoy all camp meals, program events, and activities, but return to your own home at night. Limited space is vailable. Please call for pricing information.
• Discounts are available for full-time pastors and church workers. Please call for details.
Confirmation - Canby Grove goes Paperless!
Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, a confirmation of your registration and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. We will try our best
to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee specific
cabins or room requests. If your accommodation choice is full you will
receive a phone call.
Check-In and Out
Check-in is 3:00-4:45 PM Sunday afternoon. Dinner begins at 5:30.
Check-out is 11:00 AM Friday morning.
Pets
Please leave your pets at home while enjoying Family Camp. Call for more
information about local animal care centers.
Payment, Cancellations& Reservation Changes
• A $400 non-refundable and nontransferable
deposit is required per family. ($300 for camping & bunkhouse families)
• Payment in full is due June 2nd
• Payment Plan: To set up a monthly payment plan please register online
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any changes to your reservation or if you must cancel.
• No refunds available after June 2nd.
